Meg Young, Burnout Strategist

With a background as a licensed mental health therapist, certified yoga instructor, and trauma-informed coach, I help you break free from burnout and imposter syndrome.

After experiencing burnout as a therapist in an agency, I started a private practice and recognized the need to help other burned-out professionals and caregivers recover, rise, and reclaim their lives. In addition, I found that burnout was often accompanied by imposter syndrome.

Thus I began leading The Burnout Revolution.
